Develop and coordinatie programs and events as a team to make a real difference.



As a Program facilitator, your job will entail facilitating programs around social leadership, change agency, racism, bullying, and much more with young people and students of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and walks of life.


Developing and implementing strategies to best connect with potential partners on an ongoing basis –Maintain communication with potential partners –Coordinating research process with potential/new partners –Coordinate preparation and promotion for the annual 10,000 Footsteps Tour across MN –Represent PF at events, panels, and meetings –Generating support for particular outreach campaigns/efforts.


Assist with grant and mini-grant submission –Communicate with local businesses, associations, groups, etc regarding program support –Creatively and strategically utilize PF’s social media accounts –Coordinate relationship with Mpls 8 and Vibe Twin Cities –Creatively engage new individual donors –Attend events as PF representative.

Music Production Internship 

Plan, manage, and conduct recording studio sessions with youth at SafeZone, a drop-in center for homeless youth in downtown St. Paul. Record and edit music productions. Help youth with developing their ideas including assistance with writing lyrics. Teach entry level music software to youth. Track number of youth and demographic information of youth using the recording studio.


Manage website updates and developments –Create flyers, posters, cards, etc as needed by team members for programming and events –Create and edit videos that can be used for promotion, recruitment, and curriculum.


Managing the active program system, operations, and materials –Coordinate and organize customer service systems –Assist in new partnership research and development –Coordinate curriculum and warehouse checkout system/procedures –Coordinate and organize active program logistics and team involvement –Coordinate program-specific community involvement.


Develop creative appreciation efforts for staff and volunteers –Develop community partnerships to enhance recruitment capabilities –Organize and coordinate new staff interviewing and intake –Manage tracking systems: incoming query filing, applicant/volunteer, demographics, referral source –Organize and manage reimbursements –Serve as volunteer coordinator.
